[Temporary Solution] Trade House Freeze/Lag

I have found a temporary solution for the screen freeze/lag experienced when opening and/or closing the trade house window.
Change your screen resolution to 1280x720 (wide).
Press "Esc" key. Select "System Settings". Click the drop-down arrow in the "Resolution" option then select "1280x720 (wide)".
