Ceasing Support For Past Events’ Rewards On 23 Oct 2012

In lieu of streamlining operational procedures as well as improving general efficiency, please note that all current and future events will have a support period of 30 days (starting from the day of reward crediting), with effect from 8 October 2012. This means that in future, if you have not received your reward(s) for a particular event, please inform the Customer Service team via Cherry Messenger before the 30 days period is up.

We regret to inform you that support for past events’ rewards will cease on 23 Oct 2012. Players who have yet to receive their rewards from past events are advised to contact the Customer Service team via Cherry Messenger soon. Any enquiries pertaining to rewards from past events will not be entertained after the stipulated date.

Dream Weapon Box Exchange Programme

Dragon Nest SEA is the first service in the world to launch the new ‘Dream Weapon Box’. After taking your feedback into consideration and discussing it at length with the developers, we have come up with a solution that improves how the Dream Weapon Box could work out better for players.

So if you’re interested in getting a new Dream Weapon Box but are worried that it’d be a weapon that is unusable by your class – Don’t be.

We will convert ALL duplicate Costume Weapons that players have gotten through Dream Weapon Boxes into 500 DN Points each. This conversion will be done with a patch that is scheduled sometime within 13^th February to 17^th February.
Through this programme, you won’t be retaining any junk weapons!

How it works:
- There are 2 types of weapons per class (Physical and Magic). If you have one of each attack type (of your class), both of them will not be converted into DN Points.

- If you have two weapons of the same attack type belonging to your class (i.e. A Warrior with 2 Kanji Valor Swords – Physical), one of the duplicated weapons will be converted to DN Points.

- All other weapons(s) not belonging to your class will be converted to DN Points.

*Please note that the Costume Weapons are not tradable due to technical difficulties in implementation.

Runtime Errors after Patch v.46

Dear Players,

We are aware that some of you are experiencing certain errors while trying to load the game after the recent patch (v.46).
Example:

We have found that the primary cause of these errors is due to the use of modification paks which interfere with the game’s files causing the client to become corrupted.
We would like to remind all players that use of unauthorized third-party programs and any modifications made to the game, or game files is illegal under Dragon Nest SEA’s End-User License Agreement (EULA).
Players experiencing errors such as the above may wish to try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Download the latest game client from: http://dn.cherrycredits.com/download.php
2. Uninstall the current Dragon Nest SEA client
3. Delete all related Dragon Nest SEA files and folders
4. Clear the registry of all related Dragon Nest SEA files
5. Re-install the fresh copy of the latest game client
Note: Please ensure that your anti-virus/firewall programs are not blocking Dragon Nest SEA. You should add the entire Dragon Nest SEA folder into the exception list. Also ensure that the parental control settings of certain anti-virus programs (like ESET) are not interfering with the game.
