Common Login Errors

1. Error Message: "Login error."
This happens due to any of the following reasons:

• Your Login ID or password is incorrect.
• You do not have a Game Login ID created in our system.

It is recommended to use your Game Login ID for logging into the game. To retrieve or set your Game Login ID, visit https://exchange.cherrycredits.com/games/degames.aspx [more information may be required after log in].



2. Error Message: "Cannot connect to login server."
Have you added Dragon Nest to your firewall settings? The Dragon Nest client may not have access to the Internet.
