Character stuck at a weird location?

If you're stuck at weird locations in the instanced dungeons (above a tree, in between walls, behind locked gates) that forces you to abort to town because there's nothing you can do, please try this instead:

Press Esc key, and click on 'Escape current location' at the menu selection.
This will "reset" your coordinates to a normal position in the dungeon map.

If you're stuck at a weird location in town, and both 'Escape current location' and re-login does not work, please send us more information so the Game Masters may move you out manually:

- Character IGN
- World
- Town and approximate location (describe in detail)
- How did you get stuck?
- Screenshot of your stuck character
