Ceasing Support For Past Events’ Rewards On 23 Oct 2012

In lieu of streamlining operational procedures as well as improving general efficiency, please note that all current and future events will have a support period of 30 days (starting from the day of reward crediting), with effect from 8 October 2012. This means that in future, if you have not received your reward(s) for a particular event, please inform the Customer Service team via Cherry Messenger before the 30 days period is up.

We regret to inform you that support for past events’ rewards will cease on 23 Oct 2012. Players who have yet to receive their rewards from past events are advised to contact the Customer Service team via Cherry Messenger soon. Any enquiries pertaining to rewards from past events will not be entertained after the stipulated date.

  • If our Customer Service Officer has responded to your existing Cherry Messenger ticket, please be assured that we are looking into your case, unless you have been informed otherwise.
  • If you have not received a response from any of our Customer Service Officers, you are encouraged to submit a new ticket with all relevant information as stated on our FAQ Article.
